Welcome to my online portfolio.  I'm Lea, a London based hair and make-up artist and available for commissions, big or small!

 

I am a very creative person and my craft gives me the opportunity to use my client's bodies as my canvasses. Whether I am working to a specific brief or if I am given free reign - being able to accentuate, add to, or change and transform an individual's unique features into the desired vision is something I like to think of as art.

 

Just as much as helping a bride to get ready for their big day, I much enjoy commissions from the world of fashion or the 

performing arts and media.  Here I relish the challenging nature of the briefs and variety of looks required e.g. to match an actor's character, or the designer's chosen theme to showcase their latest collection.  These looks can range from simple understated beauty to age or gender transformation, from period looks to flower power or space-age Avant Garde, from minor casualty to visceral zombie horror - the possibilities are endless!
